At Lexington Medical Center Extended Care, the largest extended care facility in North and South Carolina, we have created an atmosphere where your loved ones receive the utmost care and concern for their comfort, safety and well-being.

Our dedicated health care professionals will look after your family member in a facility fully equipped to deal with their physical needs. Our newly opened, state-of-the-art, 10,000-square-foot rehabilitation center provides physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy for a variety of conditions, illnesses and injuries.

Because Extended Care is part of the Lexington Medical Center network of care, our residents have access to state-of-the-art facilities and services connected with the hospital, including a wide range of diagnostic and treatment facilities.
