Director of Admission
Full-time position is available for Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable of performing the assigned duties of the Director of Admissions. Maintain an accurate record of available beds. This will include the daily census and monthly report for administration. The Director of Admission will review referrals for possible admission to the facility. This will include reviewing all available medical information, interviews with medical personnel/family members/potential residents. Making home/hospital visits as appropriate. Qualifications: B.S. degree in Human Services or related field. 3+ years in admissions/ with some background in Marketing /Social Work.
Part-time position is available for 11pm – 7am shift. The successful candidate will work every other weekend. Qualifications: Licensed South Carolina Registered Nurse with long-term care experience.
A full time position is available for 8pm to 4:30pm shift. Successful candidate must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral science, preferably in social work, from an accredited school; preferably licensed (or license eligible) as a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker. Prefer a minimum of one year of experience as a BSW.
Part-time position available for 7am – 3:30 pm shift, Saturday and Sunday Basic Function: Performs a variety of skilled tasks that include but is not limited to the construction and maintenance of the facilities and equipment. Primary emphasis will be in the mechanical/electrical/plumbing & carpentry fields. Qualifications: Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, college degree preferred Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years of experience in maintenance/construction field, hospital or nursing home experience preferred; Required Certification/Licensure: SC driver's license and acceptable driving history; Required Training: Must be able to read technical service manuals and blueprints with at least a basic comprehension; Working knowledge of DHEC Regulations, FGI Guidelines, OSHA, ADA, and NFPA Life Safety Code Preferred.
Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (12 Hour Shifts)
Full-Time positions are available for 7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am shifts. Successful candidate will work scheduled shifts during the week days and every other weekend. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

A PRN position is available in the Rehabilitation department. Some of the job functions are as followed: Evaluates residents, develops treatment plans and administers Physical Therapy treatments to residents, upon referral by a physician. These services are provided to adult and geriatric residents with goal of achieving greater than 75% of billable therapy minutes per total work hours per day. Qualification: Graduate of an APTA approved school of Physical Therapy with a B.S. degree or higher in Physical Therapy. Licensed in the State of South Carolina by the South Carolina Board of Physical Therapy.
Food Service Assistant
Full-time positions available for rotating eight hour shift to cover departmental needs with rotating weekends. Will perform a variety of related food service functions in the Dietary department. Experience preferred.
Full-Time and part-time positions are available. Seeking to hire a skill professional cook to prepare meals according to menu. Must be able to follow instructions and have the ability to work in a team. Successful candidate will have knowledge of various cooking methods, and must have the ability to follow sanitation procedures. Candidate will have every other weekend off. Qualifications: Good Communication Skills, Three (3yrs) minimum experience. Institutional cooking preferred.
Full-time position available for 7am – 3pm and 3pm – 11pm shifts. Some weekend work required; Heavy floor maintenance; Must have experience with floor care equipment, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors and be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.

Registered Occupational Therapist
PRN positions are available in the Rehabilitation department for Weekend and Weekday shifts. This primary purpose is to perform Occupational Therapy and services that are concerned with the restoration of function and prevention of disability following trauma or disease, which may include various Occupational Therapy tests and measurements, exercises and modalities. Qualifications: Graduate of an AOTA approved school of Occupational Therapy with a B.S. degree or higher in Occupational Therapy. Certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association; Licensed in the State of South Carolina by the South Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy.
Occupational Therapist Assistant
PRN positions are available in the Rehabilitation department for Weekend and Weekday shifts. The primary purpose is to assist the Occupational Therapist in carrying out the programs of treatment to residents referred to Rehab Services for Occupational Therapy. Qualifications: Graduate of an AOTA approved school of Occupational Therapy Assistant with an Associate of Science degree as an Occupational Therapist Assistant; Certification by the American Occupational Therapy Association; Licensed in the State of South Carolina by the South Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy.
Speech Language Pathologist
PRN positions are available for a Speech Language Pathologist. The successful candidate will work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient. Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders. Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals. Work collaboratively with professionals from many other disciplines. Qualifications: Must have graduated from an accredited school; MS/MA in Speech Language Pathology required; 2-years of experience; Training and experience with swallowing disorders required.; Current South Carolina license; Must have current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
